How does pick up happens at the end of my tenure? Do I have to pay additional charges at the time of pick-up? Do I get my security deposit amount back at the time of pick-up? Can I extend my tenure? What is your return & refund policy?

Yes, you can extend your tenure by writing/contacting to us at least 15 days prior to the expiry of the term of the tenure.
