Do I get my security deposit amount back at the time of pick-up?

Once the product is picked up from your location, it is sent to our Quality team for inspection. We do an extensive Quality check at the time of delivery and take snapshots of the products to be matched with the products at the time of pickup. After inspection, if the product is found to have no defects, the security amount is refunded to you. It usually takes us around 4-7 working days to come back to you after the Quality checks.
